What kinds of manuscripts does RCWL consider?

Research in Contemporary World Literature welcomes submissions of scholarly articles of modern and contemporary literature (texts since 1900) in a wide range of languages. Manuscripts should follow the writing format provided in the guide for authors, and should be accompanied by a 120n word abstract and no more than 8 keywords. Submissions should not exceed 9000 words, including abstract, notes, and references.

How long does it take for RCWL to evaluate my manuscript?

Research in Contemporary World Literature understands the inconvenience of keeping a manuscript for a lengthy period and is committed to evaluate the manuscripts in a reasonable time. For most papers the first decision will be made in less than three months.

How do I submit a manuscript to RCWL?

Read and follow our instructions for preparing manuscripts carefully, taking note of the guide for authors. Then, submit electronic copies of manuscripts via our portal at jor.ut.ac.ir. You can track your manuscript status through your account at our manuscript submission and information portal.
