Abstract

The Increase of studies in the field of Translation and formation of new trends, together with the publication of scientific references in different languages and increase of communication, parallels unfortunately with the low number of translators and consequently low rate of quantities and qualifying references. This has urged the educational centers to solve their problem by editing the educational Structure of learning Translation and Translator training courses. One of the expectations of modern educational plans is achieving the highest rate of knowledge and variety of theoretical and practical capabilities in the least shortest time. Furthermore the educational curriculums in Iran must have two important aspects, "teaching a Language" and "teaching Translation". In this article, the forming of these
dimensions is discussed by explaining the principles and specifications of modern plan of Translation of German Language.
