In addition,«consciousness»and«revolt»are two basic issues in understanding the concept of being a revolutionist.Both poets use the same critical language in relation to the rough problems of their societies and in the most of their poems poverty, injustice and oppression are the contents which reveal the influence of romanticism in political-social relations between the West and the East.The comparative study of Chénier and Shamloo's poems reflects the impact of poetry on the fate of the social man;combination of feeling and commitment is one of manifestations of dynamic poetry of both poets. That is why we have compared the themes presented in their poems.In this paper, by examining Chénier and Shamloo's poetry, from the perspective of the American doctrine (affinities and similarities), we show that two poets with co-oriented attitudes are struggling to build a new world in the depths of society. این جستار هدف دارد به بررسی تطبیقی اشعار رمانتیک اجتماعی - انقلابی آندره شنیه (١٧٦٢-١٧٩٤) و احمد شاملو (1925_2000) بپردازد. این دو شاعر انقلابی که به دو قرن متفاوت تعلق دارند، دارای اشتراکات یکسانند و از لحاظ تفکر و درون­مایۀ اجتماعی اشعارشان، به رمانتیسم گرایش دارد. به علاوه، «آگاهی» و «عصیان» در درک مفهوم انقلابی بودن دو موضوع اساسی­اند و نقش رمانتیسم چند وجهی (احساس­گرا، جامعه­گرا، و انقلابی) آن­ها را به اثبات می­رسانند. هر دو شاعر در قبال ناملایمات جوامع خویش، زبان انتقادی مشترکی دارند و در غالب اشعارشان فقر، بی­عدالتی و ظلم مضامینی­اند که تأثیر رمانتیسم را در مناسبات سیاسی - اجتماعی غرب و شرق آشکار می­سازد. بررسی تطبیقی اشعار شنیه و شاملو بیانگر اهمیت تأثیر شعر بر سرنوشت انسان اجتماعی است و در آمیختن احساس با تعهد از مظاهر شعر پویای هر دو شاعر است. دراین مقاله با بررسی اشعار شنیه و شاملو، از منظر مکتب آمریکایی (قرابت‌ها و شباهت‌ها)، نشان می‌دهیم که دو شاعر با نگرش‌های هم‌گرا در تکاپوی ساخت دنیایی تازه در ژرفای جامعه هستند. https://jor.ut.ac.ir/article_83410_f485f0b0206cf944c57441fdde685628.pdf
