Comparative Literature also has been influenced by the space-based approaches. One of the most possible subject in this matter could be the study of a city and its multiple spaces. But, there has not been enough literary researches about the city of Tehran (we appreciate nevertheless اسطوره ی تهران the myth of Tehran by Jalal Sattari). One of the newest approaches in space-based comparative literature is the geography criticism. Its Special features give it the aspect of an original approach and make it our selected research method in this article. In this paper, the stranger point of view towards Tehran will be examined in Le turban et la rose, written by François Nicoullaud, the former french ambassador in Iran. The purpose of this research is to find the particular look that the writer has had to this city. <strong>چکیده</strong><br /> در سال‌های اخیر مفهوم فضا در حوزه‌های تطبیقی بیش از پیش اهمیت یافته و ادبیات تطبیقی نیز از رویکردهای مکان‌محور بی‌بهره نمانده است. از سوی دیگر با وجود حجم گستردۀ مطالعات تطبیقی مکانی که تاکنون در حوزۀ ادبیات انجام شده – که از آن جمله می‌توان به <em>اسطورۀ  تهران</em> (1385) اشاره کرد-  جای خالی یک مطالعۀ همه‌جانبه دربارۀ شهر تهران احساس می‌شود. یکی از جدیدترین رویکرد‌های ادبیات تطبیقی، نقد جغر‌افیایی است. ویژگی‌های خاص این نقد موجب شده<strong>‌</strong>استکه آن را در مطالعۀ حاضر به عنوان رویکرد پژوهشی انتخاب کنیم. در این مقالۀ دید یک خارجی نسبت به شهر تهران مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت. اثر انتخابی ما،  <em>دستار و گل سرخ،</em> شبیه به  سفرنامه‌ است و با توجه به معاصر بودن آن و ارائۀ تصویر جدیدی از شهر تهران، به عنوان موضوع پژوهش انتخاب شده است. در سایۀ روش تحقیقاتی وستفال، تلاش خواهیم کرد به جنبه‌های جدیدی از مکان شهری بازنمایی ‌شده در این اثر دست یابیم. https://jor.ut.ac.ir/article_62703_3a98aac8ed1e8e2c83a55965f7a15bb8.pdf
