In this article, some of the aspects of the Baroque School are traced in Khayyam’s Rubaiyat. The principal themes of the Baroque art, such as movement and animation, instability of life and of the world, making the most of the ephemeral instants of life, revolt and the theme of death have a bewildering tie with the thoughts and poems of Khayyam. A considerable number of Khayyam’s Rubaiyat which have been gathered in this research are centered on the above themes. مطالعه مکتب های ادبی جهان و مقایسه و تطابق آنها با ادبیات فارسی یکی از شیوه هایی است که محقق را به سوی وادی ادبیات تطبیقی رهنمون می گردد . در مقاله حاضر جلوه هایی از مکتب باروک در رباعیات خیام بررسی می گردند . درون مایه های اصلی هنر باروک مانند حرکت و پویایی ، بی ثباتی زندگی و دنیا ، بهره بردن از لحظات گذرای عمر ، عصیان و سرکشی و مضمون مرگ پیوند شگفت اوری با اندیشه و اشعار خیام دارند . تعداد بیشماری از رباعیات خیام پیرامون این مضامین دور می زنند که نمونه هایی چند از آن در این تحقیق گردآوری شده اند . https://jor.ut.ac.ir/article_17021_b6b718d19ba0ddf35370c8739c5075f6.pdf
